Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Receiving salary in between 5th of every month.

Dislikes

there is no particular office time. as of formality the office hours are from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm but that does not apply here. No overtime is paid to employees working here. and salary offered by the company to the managerial level post are quite good but to the employee who work under the managerial post are offered with very lessscale pay. Other facilities like fooding and accommodation are for the managerial post not for the down-line posts. Documentation formalities for a employee joining newly to the organization are also not well maintained for example appointment letter. I have been working since last 3 years neither i received my appointment letter nor there was a salary increment....Read More
