Receiving salary in between 5th of every month.

there is no particular office time. as of formality the office hours are from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm but that does not apply here. No overtime is paid to employees working here. and salary offered by the company to the managerial level post are quite good but to the employee who work under the managerial post are offered with very lessscale pay. Other facilities like fooding and accommodation are for the managerial post not for the down-line posts. Documentation formalities for a employee joining newly to the organization are also not well maintained for example appointment letter.
