Nothing as such, but if they provide flexibility in ofc hours including breaks & hybrid working schedule for senior post, then it must be quite better to raise more opportunity over here.

Dislikes

Expecting employees to work on all Sundays, Festival & Public Holidays.Overtime workloads.Could not spend time with families, friends.Partial to Head Office team on appraisals.HO juniors get promotions with good increments ,whereas seniors at branches won't get 5% increment.

Team management, Grievance handling, Problem solving, Meetings with clients, Business development, Hospitals & Lab empanelment, MIS, Recruitment, Attendance,etc.
