This workplace is not meant for the person who is bread earner for the family as the pay is chiller pay which is not meant to satisfy One's daily needs.

Dislikes

The managers are worse than animals especially at Bangalore PIMS Team. They are uncivilised, donkeys. Don't know who has appointed them as Managers. PIMS team managers at Bangalore Branch are of stone hearted idiots. That's why the team members have resigned including myself.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Yeah. MDindia has been so good for me especially in the days of pandemic, i get my computer skill develop fast in MDIndia, work culture is not bad.

The things i hate in MDindia is management i had some issue with managers and management, even the fault was not mines. yes i had some bitter experience some days with management, salary package is low .. but for fresher its ok.. overall i had my skills developed and gained confidence to work anywhere.
