The company and the given benefits are too good but due to the politics and some seniors behavior is not good and they did not allow to utilised the given benefits.. There is Casteism.. Managers and seniors always try to give chance to some particular people ( like same cast).

Job security - Poor
Company culture - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

We can't manage the the work and life balance... Cz they did not understand your health or family problem even in this pandemic situation.. In work from home they force to work for 12 hrs... Even at night 11 pm or 12.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
