Trainers are frustrated... The sr bosses managers are all robots working on targets... Very egoistic seniors no one is promoted through talent as this company doesnt require it... Just politics Every months there is vacancy coz every day some or the other resigns or abscond this company ppl as cheap mentality the junior bosses thinks they are the only person working with tremendous knowledge and degree... they just torcher the employees over silly matters......Read More

My teammates is very good humans that is best part for me in me india. And in cleanness company is good.

In this company there GL ang TL treat their employees very badly they does not understand their employees problem. And they not appreciate to employee for their good performance.. for that reasons I was feel very disappointed .. but company should teach their GL and TL how to teach their employees because they r also human being..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
