This workplace is not meant for the person who is bread earner for the family as the pay is chiller pay which is not meant to satisfy One's daily needs.

Dislikes

The managers are worse than animals especially at Bangalore PIMS Team. They are uncivilised, donkeys. Don't know who has appointed them as Managers. PIMS team managers at Bangalore Branch are of stone hearted idiots. That's why the team members have resigned including myself.

I will not recommend this organisation to anybody in mid senior level position or in senior position. Pathetic working culture and the seniors r very uncooperative and teammates are non supportive.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics in internally and also at client end and management doesn't address the concerns. Even the senior officials are involved in wrong doings.

HR is pathetic and software engineer is very rude, they do not talk with employees kindly also they spread rumours. They literally shout on the floor as well as bad words sometime.
