It's not secure. Management is not a good payer. No Compensation and Benefits. Hardly, any hikes.

Company always plays with it Balance Sheet. It will not declare the P&L of recent FY. Management barely looks after employee satisfaction. Salary is very low compared to Cost of Living in current Regime. No Career growth and Salary hike at all.

Job Role will be good but career wise growth will not be there. Financial status will be stagnant. Only good for the ones who wants JOB Security without hike. Pay scale is not followed as per Qualified ones.
