The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team of the highly-skilled, reliable and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is dissent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 18 to 24 hours strength in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime later into the night.

Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire boiler, chp and ahp mechanical maintenance.

This company site management and job security not Okey. I am working two year continue after contract close no any benefit given example no bonus, no notice period payment, no gratuity and no any final settlement. Total overall experience is very bad.
