I had worked at different verticals in MHE and i know very well that MHE has a lot of potential to grow its market share further and for this they need the correct man power. During my last 5 years at MHE i had observed that the top management has tried to worked upon various plans for achieving growth in the market but only due to some SENIOR EMPLOYEES of MHE (who are working for more that 20 years) the plans did not get implemented and as a result their plans failed to get succeed. May be HR is not aware about this matter....Read More
