Everyone in confused and clueless about what's going on around .. Everyone is busy in oiling own superior .. If you can oil your superior , if you know the art of manage your boss well , its your place ..

Dislikes

1. Zero ethical values .. 2. No HR Policies .. 3. No integrity .. 4. Fully EGO driven managers .. 5. Zero talent .. 6. Big talk but ultimately zero value .. 7. You can be asked to leave anytime and you're not allowed to say anything .. 8. No scope of personal development .. 9. Few people in the middle level management is totally corrupt and spoiled / damaged the culture so badly that the work culture and environment has been destroyed completely . 10. Huge politics inside .. 11. Incompetent but corrupt managers makes a ideal place for all bad and unethical practices . 12. False reports and these type of things are very common here . 13. No scope for logical analysis and logical thinking .. 14. Long long list .. but above points are enough to understand .. Strongly recommend not to join McCain from practical experiences .. if you are already in a good organization .. If you don't have any job then you can think to join McCain but don't need to be very happy , keep searching , because situation will start to become bad to worse very fast and very soon .. so never do the mistake to think about grooming a career in McCain .....Read More
