1. No work-life balance 2. Very rare WFH and you have to go to the office or client place each day 3. The more you work the more work you will get. 4. Unrealistic timeline to complete the project 5. ESG & Sustainability Practice is being ruined by the Partner who is managing this. She is not at all professional and degrading the reputed name of "Mazars". Cons - 1. You can be fired anytime for taking leaves. 2. You can't fall sick in this team. 3. You can't take allotted leaves. 4. No work life balance & appreciation. 5. No prof essionalism & learning. 6. Micromanagement to next level. 7. If there is sudden death in your family and you need leaves, then you will be asked to put the papers. 8. You have to be available 24X7 like machines. 9. I have also seen people going into depression because of partner's bad work ethics. 10. Director level colleague was fired on the spot within 2 months as partner thinks micromanagement gives you better results. 11. You tea break is also documented and you are expected to sit 8 hours continuously on your chair. 12. She is running some grocery shop and not a corporate team. Advice to HR - Please look into the ESG & Sustainability Team and try to find out what's happening that there is 1/2 resignations every months.
