Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Seriously there is nothing to like.

1. They hire you and ask u to bare travel expenses include flight tickets. Once you Submit the claims they won't give shit. It's totally fraud company. 2. HR - Its better to call them RECEPTIONIST. They can't take any actions on their own. They just attend the call and reply they will comeback but won't. 3. This company mostly gives opportunity Contract to hire position only. They take money from the MNC Companies but they won't pay to the employees. So be aware and don't join this company at all. If you want to waste ur money, your time and your passion then please go ahead. Nobody is stopping you....Read More
