Before job security was 99% but now no job security totally depen on target. If u achieve 35% target u will paid 35% salary. Work culture is terrible totally unprofessional. There is no management. Like HR or managerr and Team leaders all are same. But one thing is good they give you chance to get higher positions through IJP (Internal job posting)

Everything is dislikeable. You have to give your effort 8am to till 12pm. But after giving all time if you achieve 78% target you will get paid 78% salary.

Too much pressure at work because most people left the job within few months so pressure comes on old employ, too much stretch at work sometime I've to give more than 12 hours at work because of process requirement even after achieving my target.
