I am not sure of anything which I like there, I was working there as it was first job and I don't find anything which I like there

Research on properties based in U.S , it's more like a data work rather than research by filling the routes and count parkings of the property.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
