I have been working here since 3 months approx now and I am really glad that I got this job. I love working here. Everyone is really supportive in the organization. I have learned a lot of new things from here. The management is perfect. I look forward to continue working here.

Everything is perfect. I do not find any disbalance in the company.

Working with Maxsource was a great opportunity as I do not come from a tech background at all. It was quite difficult for me to grasp everything, but honestly, a lot of trust was put across in my work. Results weren't immediate, but I was given enough time to understand each and everything and make the things work in my favor. Dislikes

Although a free working environment but we didn't have enough opportunities where we can have frequent outings that other companies usually have. I feel that we can plan more outings once we get back to our normal routine, as all the time in the office becomes monotonous and boring.
