Job security is there because they can't find more people to work in place of you.

Managers mislead you about the incentive scheme. They never give you the correct picture. For e.g. they'll tell you your incentive will be around 12-15k after achieving certain percentage of your target but you receive 2-3k in place of that.

but some manager politics spoil your work environment, company is the best but I have quit the job only for a one reason manager behaviour or partiality work load is too high.

Nivabupa everything is ok but premiums are high comparing to some other insurances it's makes difficult to us to convince customer for that premium if premium is less then nivabupa will be the best
