Doesn't promote or salary hike is their. Very high discrimination for salary in case of Employees Vs Managers. Management will find cause every now & then to cross cutting your extra allowances. Growth is stagnent

There is no work-life balance and might need to extend for more than 15 hours on regular basis. No promotions from last two years. Recently there have been silent layoffs and very less severance package and support offered. Very less chances of skill development as long work hours will not give you space to grow. Company management is ok but team culture is toxic.

worst corporate company. Hire and fire. They say no money to maintain employees. Hired and fired within 1 month. Saying board directors changing, no money to maintain employees. No bnew business opportunities, Company shrinking, etc

worst company. HR policies are very poor. No labor law maintained. They threaten to resign, if not resigned, they say will put you case saying empolyee is not capable, or they take away laptops and they say employee not coming to office, etc. HR said, they can go to enay extent also
