Dislikes

All of things you will dislike. You will be in constant threat from your manger to pay your salary back/ head will roll (do not know from where he gets this phrase I hope he read this.) if any minor bug is found during development. Hint:: He always give example of Aeroplane. Imagine you are travelling in aeroplane and software is developed by you.

Nothing , worst company ever to work with no work life balance. Even avp , vp work on system.Asking for leaves is criminal offence .HR has no power ,Most of managers are Bengali and non supportive. Manager will ask you to skip joining induction and work on project
