The MD Mr. Gautam Nair. At my time in Matrix he had trained me personally. There was so much learning that I can never stop saying good about the company and him. 2nd part is the work culture. Don't misunderstand work culture to 5days a week and 9-5 job; as a matter of fact I worked there for almost 7 days a week for many months and working till 9PM - 10PM was a normal thing those days, but the interlinking with colleagues was so amazing that we still are the thickest buddies irrespective of the age difference and are still in contact with each other and all this happened because of the beautiful work culture of helping eachother going out of the way if required. I still remember a shipment was made overnight and was delivered on time just to keep my name in the good books of MD - kudos to the production team that time🙂...Read More

Nothing much but we use to be squeezed out till the last drop of our sweat and blood and still it was considered professionalism. Personal life was almost zero - I think it's not fair. Apart from that I liked everything about Matrix👍
