Management never get to know the real situation of sites and working employees coz there's no communication between management and employees other than site representative like Engineer/ Supervisor to convey the right message to management and sometimes Engineers get afraid of getting scolded for silly complaints but that really matters a lot for site workers. One of biggest problem in MTCC is they never think of employees betterment and interest if someone interested to switch the job profile and employees potential never get explored by company. Management system is very poor. Salary increment is not given every year. Vacation paper will not be appr oved immediately.It is very difficult to go on emergency leave. No one gets pramoted in this company.
