Overall good for those who wants to start their career in Saudi Aramco's facility coz it's been working as a maintenance sub-contractor since long time and new graduate get exposure of oil and gas plants and safety of SA and it's standards and can plan their career according to their interest and scope but MTCC doesn't have technical employees to execute good projects so they usually participate in bidding for maintenance contract....Read More

Management never get to know the real situation of sites and working employees coz there's no communication between management and employees other than site representative like Engineer/ Supervisor to convey the right message to management and sometimes Engineers get afraid of getting scolded for silly complaints but that really matters a lot for site workers. One of biggest problem in MTCC is they never think of employees betterment and interest if someone interested to switch the job profile and employees potential never get explored by company.
