Dislikes

Worst company one can work. Just like Prostitutes company has sold their dignity to clients. Very low standard products delivered to client, no respect for employees from management, salaries come on or after 10th of every month. No work life balance.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. 2 year Bond completely in Company’s favor. Horrible Work Culture- It is run like a school. Absolutely no job security- They can fire you at any time. The HR Head (Ritika) is very rude and unhelpful. No proper procedure for anything.
