Worst work life balance Politics takes over everything else. Redundant managers exist only for sake of doing favour games. Low hikes. Worst culture, No of recognition for efforts at work.

Only name is big. Work culture and people working here for long time get involved in politics in team to climb up the corporate ladder and make other people struggle to get needed information to complete their tasks.

Promotions are given after certain round pf interviews taken by random people. Appraisals were not up to the mark last year. And average appraisal, year before that.
