When you try to grow and proved your self then some other parameter you will be discarded. The manager will give you a lollipop of promotion and show your work in their appraisal. Badmouthing supported by peers.

very little opportunity to create impact at scale as this company is a behemoth- policy, culture, systems- everything contributes to the general lethargy; products dont have great India market fit as Indian market has changed rapidly before Mastercard caught up (possibly cannot catch up)- this demotivates team a lot
