Sales team is efficient. Overall demand is increasing. The company is good in adopting & copying new worldwide trends in product range. Master Group of Industries have wide range of products for every slab of customers. Business tactic is quite sharp minded. So I learnt about this aspect a lot here.

Dislikes

Working hours are tiring. Staying late nights is a norm here. If you leave after extra one hour after shift timing (even if you have done with your work) it will be treated as you don't stand with the company at time of need. Dispatch demand orders for next day came late night, so you have to stay & plan afterwards because Next day you have to execute these plans. Senior management is deeply involved in micromanagement. For example even if the janitorial staff require early day off for some urgent work, direct approval of senior General Manager is required, (most of the times bypassing the consent of intermediate hirarcery) No plan for career development of individual(s)....Read More

The Company involves in Textile sector and had a export oriented using the latest technology like Oracle accounting software and too much for learning prospective.

Dislikes

The company has less salaries for staff and site of factory was too far from city, thats the main problem of travelling.

I was responsible for General Ledger,annual audit,asset management,cash management,consolidation,reporting,taxation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
