Only thing I dislike about this company is that top management does not listen or take experiences from the ground reality and works on their own. Some times actual ground reality is different than they are assuming or thinking. and that the main reason that after having so many successfull products in the globe we here are struggling for the sales. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
