They try to cover up all the short comings by throwing money to people specially in the MWC business segment, few people may like it in short term

Toxic work culture, no respect for an individual, the leadership team will like you to work as their puppet and do not apply your brain, the moment you apply your brain they will start treating you badly and pressurize you in the name of development to move out of the company. Mars MWC business is a good case study of how employees can leave a company even despite of good salaries, as their culture is dictatorship and favoritism. Earlier Mars and Wrigleys were doing Separate Business but in 2017 the Grand Alliance had Happened and from here the Glorifying Story of Mars Chocolate and Wrigleys moved towards Catastrophe.. 2017 in Delhi They Moved with Single Distributor for Entire Territory Named As Amazon Distributor Pvt Ltd ADPL and Again Alliancewith Amazon Went in the Dustbin in 2019.. Each Coin has Two Sides Heads Or Tails Similar This Company has Two Sides Best and Worst Part. Best Part i thought i was hired for Best FMCG Company after Clearing 4 Round of Interview and i was feeling as i was king and Work like the Prince in the Company and will rule the Market of Chocolate and Confectionery and worst part is Mentioned in the Next Paragraph. Company Hired Entire New Fresh Team in 2019 For Delhi Territory including ASM and me and Fired Each New Employee. Company is made from set of People and in Mars it is not possible to get the right person who can show you the right path to perform. Company is now totally Primary Driven. Product Acceptance is now Worst these days. RSM and RBDM has taken some stupid Decision and removed entire Team Including ASM. They Don't even know what is happening on the ground Level and also in the Market.. They even don't have control on Wholesale Business. New RSM is Shifted from Different Territory which is Doing Same Volume Business as we had done Over Last Year in 2019.. My Suggestion is That those who are looking their Future in Mars is to Do not join it as Company is loosing value in Terms of Employee Retention.. Guys Do not play with your Future just for Few % of Increment in the Salary. I want to save your Future by raising Internal Issues in front of you which you will never get before joining the Company.
