Very bad experience for entire life. Too much work pressure, dirty politics, no appraisal, no time limit for working hours, very bad work place for girls, no job security, no training, no career growth.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
