They treat you like shitt. Management not care about staff. One thing they can do nicely is giving you warning letter for no reason and after 3-4 warning they told you please give resignation.

You will not get weekly off only you will get 3-4 per month, but you are eligible for 06 per month, affect from extra leave policy the will not follow.
