Working with Marriott gives you immense pride where Associates are treated with respect and the words of Mr. Bill Marriott are respected which are "Take care of your Associates and your Associates will take care of your guests". They provide them accommodations and many other facilities, Marriott's open door policy is the thing which I personally adore where you can talk to your HoD or GM or CEO anytime regarding any harassment or abuse you are facing at work without following hierarchy chain , apart from this they offer a very good growth opportunities through their EDP and MDP programmes. Training is a daily routine which makes sure we do not forget the basics of our job which makes an employee impeccable in his job....Read More

Dislikes

Just like any other private jobs work life balance is quite difficult to manage here sometimes you get free in 9-10 hrs (which happens rarely) and sometimes you are on shift for 14 hrs due to workload
