Any escalations about the department head, the necessary actions will not be taken by the HR team. Hence people who are in a lower designation was not given the freedom and right to talk anything right or wrong against the department head.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
