Management didn't identify the right Employee for the promotion/appraisal on time, because of this they leave the company. Need to think about this.

Just i like facilities from company ,i love the company but i don't like the head people who are working here

I came to develop my career with marriot , but here no one can see the good working employee , they just started to give position whom they got buttered . I feel so dimotivated ,just very bad experience so far

Really worse , i just came to develop my self but here is lots of poltics , no one can see hard work and good employee.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Demotivating place to work

The company goes by the moto of we take care our employees and they care of our guest but in India it’s the complete opposite no one takes care of the employees rather they are bashed for any complaints made by the guest pay scale is the worst
