Was one of the best place to work with, it has been a dream journey with Starwood family, specially my boss was out of the basket you can expect more everything was so perfect employee culture, business values, environment, reward and recognition every now and then full of goodies now and then and cheap luxury hotel bookings as employee benefits. This no work life balance you have to work per day 14 hrs per day. You will not get weekly off only you will get 3-4 per month, but you are eligible for 06 per month, affect from extra leave policy the will not follow.
