I have joined because of name of Marriott, Marriott World largest brand and top brands but courtyard by Marriott agra do not follow the Marriott role whole hotel

I worked in a owner based starwood hotel , which i think lack in many ways , which i believe could have been a completely differnt organisation to work for if it would have been managed by starwood hotels & resorts.

Dislikes

Starwood hotels and resorts have set very high standards as an organisation , but what i felt was,that we were not even close to such standards. Please manage all the hotels and resorts else it will only become money making and cost cutting organisation with starwood standards with a complete failure .
