1) The company has a culture of excessive surveillance, it makes you feel like you are in a prison. They track every minute of yours. 2) Almost all the senior management is religiously biased, they all talk nonsense. 3) One illiterate senior associate once forced me to wish him good morning. 4) Taking breaks was highly discouraged you had to work like a robot there. 5) Lot of office politics. 6) Used to talk shit about employees behind their back. They used very unprofessional language. 7) Almost all the seniors except one or two didn't knew a shit about market research or finance. They simply used to train us for copying and pasting. 8) '''''Skill development is zero, I repeat zero'''''''''''. The work involves mindlessly copy pasting the data from here to there. 9) The employee retention rate is absolutely pathetic. Around 6-7 people resigned including me.
