First of all I liked the support of the seniors and organizational as overall during my probation period. I was a plain B.Com graduate and never thought to have a knowledgable job. However, now I take pride to say yes I am a well groomed market researcher. The organization willingly support and help in professional growth with salary increments and learning if one is honestly deserving. One thing is quite strict here, If freshers are joining here and cleverly looking for job intermettenly since starting or within few weeks, or have very casual attitude, dishonest towards work, and mainly involve in office politics then such people can not hide and will be asked to leave.
