My old workplace! Well, it was like sitcom where the punchline were delivered with a side of confusion and sprinkle of chaos. Picture this: a management team that could turn a simple "no" into an Olympic sport of manipulation. Casual Leaves? More like Casual Inquisition - Nobody dared to say this but its the truth. "Casual Leaves". You'd think they are asking for your life story! What are your plans? Who will you be with? Will you be eating pizza or sushi? Applying a casual leave feels like applying for top-secret government clearance. The Dictator and His Colony - The management structure resembles a dictatorship, with a leader and his loyal subjects (Management)- who, let's be honest, are probably just as bewildered as the rest of us. Nothing to like about this place. The only perk is that they credit salaries on time.

This place is a living hell for professionals who want to grow in their careers. The office politics sucks, and they bad mouth about each and every person. The level is so low and ugly that you would want to puke. The culture and environment is pathetic and you will learn nothing out of it. If you will ever share any personal information, you will regret it. Your personal life is entertainment for them, and they make everything ugly. They don't hire people from different religions and castes, either. The minute you will see them talk about religion and politics, you will just going to regret why did you come here. The HR is the most pathetic person there, who knows nothing about her job. Everything is so messed up and ugly that you won't be able to work there. There is no peace of mind working with them and they will plot against you if you don't agree with them even on a general topic....Read More

Poor Work culture Toxic environment V low employee retention rate, I have personally worked there for some 8 months, and have witnessed 7-10 resignations in that period The management talks ill about everyone behind their backs The management is very religion biased. I have personally seen a senior employee use inappropriate language, which he shouldn't have said holding a senior position

1) The company has a culture of excessive surveillance, it makes you feel like you are in a prison. They track every minute of yours. 2) Almost all the senior management is religiously biased, they all talk nonsense. 3) One illiterate senior associate once forced me to wish him good morning. 4) Taking breaks was highly discouraged you had to work like a robot there. 5) Lot of office politics. 6) Used to talk shit about employees behind their back. They used very unprofessional language. 7) Almost all the seniors except one or two didn't knew a shit about market research or finance. They simply used to train us for copying and pasting. 8) '''''Skill development is zero, I repeat zero'''''''''''. The work involves mindlessly copy pasting the data from here to there. 9) The employee retention rate is absolutely pathetic. Around 6-7 people resigned including me. It is ultimately your choice to decide how to interpret this information . First of all I liked the support of the seniors and organizational as overall during my probation period. I was a plain B.Com graduate and never thought to have a knowledgable job. However, now I take pride to say yes I am a well groomed market researcher. The organization willingly support and help in professional growth with salary increments and learning if one is honestly deserving. One thing is quite strict here, If freshers are joining here and cleverly looking for job intermettenly since starting or within few weeks, or have very casual attitude, dishonest towards work, and mainly involve in office politics then such people can not hide and will be asked to leave. I have seen company recognising and getting rid of such multiple employees. Never seen such a transparent organization. I wish the organization a good luck and success. Dil se....Read More

The workplace is very productive. The company cares about the safety of its employees. Gives a good spirit to achieve company goals. Also, teammates are supportive.
