While working at the Marpu Foundation is incredibly fulfilling, it can be challenging due to the demanding workload and long hours. The nature of nonprofit work often means limited resources and tight budgets, sometimes leading to stress and burnout. However, the sense of making a difference usually outweighs these challenges

It is an amazing society with some of the most dedicated and passionate volunteers. Also this organization has different types of programs in which you can contribute to society and CSR activities like corporate volunteering, employee volunteering and more.

Marpu Foundation works for the underprivileged section of society. Foundation's CSR practices make work experience even more better. Working here gives moral satisfaction to the employees and life changing aid to the needy.

Helping unprivileged individuals needs the helper to face some uncomfortable situation . This can cause distress someone who has never been exposed to the real world.

One thing that I would like to see is a higher salary. As a non-profit organisation, Marpu Foundation does not have the same resources as a for-profit company. This means salaries are typically lower than they would be in the private sector. However, I do believe that the work we do is valuable, and I would like to be compensated accordingly.
