Marpu Foundation is doing a great job. Working with Marpu, gives me an opportunity to serve the underprivileged communities through innovative and empathy-led social, economic, and environmental projects. There is nothing to dislike about working at Marpu Foundation.

There would be a sense of purpose while working with an ngo and it can drive people to make a positive impact on society. It can foster personal growth and the employees have the opportunity to engage in work that benefits the society in general.

Dislikes

While I appreciate the opportunity to contribute through online volunteering, I must admit that I believe in-person volunteering would have been a more effective choice for me. There's a sense of connection and immediate impact that is often missing when working remotely. I feel that being physically present would have allowed me to have a more significant and direct influence on the cause.

At Marpu foundation we seek a place were everyone is educated and have awareness about there surroundings also can contribute for a better future. I like the way people at our organisation think and also how different people from different areas come to contribute for the same.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about them. However, sometimes due to some unavoidable issues some bad events happen. We hope people will not let that to heart and carry on with us.
