It's a great way to get a quick certification if you need one for any reason or just to add to your CV.

The deadline is quite unachievable. We have to recruit 30 people in the matter of around 3 days. The job profile was also of a crownfunding intern so it was really hard to find someone who was interested. Also, if you don't complete the deadline, then the people you've recruited also don't get anything which leaves you with a bunch of people on your back who blame you.

1) Some projects face time management issues in execution. 2) Furthermore, I found the shortage of resources due to its non-profit feature that causes low funding.
