Very poor working culture, no support from seniors infact they will judge your performance and can terminate you in 1 day. Loads of work no time for health and family.

Work culture is disastrous, your seniors will create your life hell, people are with political mentality, no growth in terms of learning, there are seniors prepared to highlight your mistakes and through you out, tons of work you will find no time to manage properly

From total 6years i am getting salary increment only 3500rs. At first i am getting 11k, at now i am getting 14k only. No proper increments , no proper bonus settlements. Company pending to me 3years of bonus. There is no value for employees 😞. They treat like a slave. More work less money. Please ignore this company when u want a job. Namashkar

Liked nothing as your job is not secure at all, only people who are close to the MD sitting their from decade, rest no one is secure, don’t ever think to join this company.
