Liked nothing as your job is not secure at all, only people who are close to the MD sitting their from decade, rest no one is secure, don’t ever think to join this company.

Disliked everything you don’t get salary on time there is no learning, even if u get late by 1 min your half day salary gets deducted, even not marking exit on pf portals very much disappointing staff including finance who don’t even pick calls for any query

No skill development, seniors yelling on the floor, Director of Research has absolutely no idea of data tables, data transformations, time utility and workforce optimisation. HR not ready to hear and resolve any issues of employees other than the sycophants.
