This is large scale company and has multi level departments. The bosses are amazing and believe in delivery work on time. This is a well established company with strong background.

The atmosphere is always high here. Work load is a lot. Pressure here b the seniors is always on your head.

No skill development, seniors yelling on the floor, Director of Research has absolutely no idea of data tables, data transformations, time utility and workforce optimisation. HR not ready to hear and resolve any issues of employees other than the sycophants.
