This is the worst company. There is no management and having one manager and he is very cruel and Noncence. So this is not a company, this is an enterprise. So guy don't join here

There is no training here. If they find any another guy having low expectations of salary. Then they will kick you without any reason.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
