I loved to work there n I am happy that I was a part of the MSI.I worked in a documentory movie of MSI. When I was an incharge at inreach centre I won gold meddle also in Rajasthan. (Ajmer)

Dislikes

Growth was very slow, work pressure was very high ,manager do not value an individual's unique strengths.no appreciation,in mid appraisals there was lot of parshality.

I have worked with Marie stopes clinic as clinic in charge. I had a very cooperative staff in Jaipur and supporting management at Delhi. We had good liasoning with the government officials too. It was quite respectful job. I always tried to create an innovative and enthusiastic environment there. Thanks Marie stopes.

Dislikes

Though there was no such working problem but we were following conventional method of keeping the records that was completely manual. But I think so far it would have been replaced with the computerized working totally now.

Work Details

As in Marie stopes I went for training for a week that ease the understanding of the work. We usually had daily conversation with the management to solve the queries. The timings were suitable.I was handling multiple tasks there which helped me a further.
