Nothing to be liked, Personal life squzeed totally.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Mentally harassed, zero work life balance, Here employee means animal. In my 10 years of career never seen such culture. Nutshell suggestion please don’t join only for the sake of extra hike cause after 3-6 or 9 months you left the job or they kick you is better to continue with the current package and better life like human.

Work Hours Debate: Productivity vs. Burnout?

The conversation around work hours in India is heating up! It started with Infosys founder Narayana Murthy advocating for a 70-hour workweek, followed by L&T Chairman S.N. Subrahmanyan, who went even further, suggesting a 90-hour workweek and wishing employees worked on Sundays too.
