I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. No appraisal or any talk of it. High turn out ratio in the top level manager role. Those who are in high pay dont do any meaningful work or contribution, they will fly off after getting some other opportunity. those who are in executive level has to work like anything to get the moderate pay.
