Nothing, politically driven organization, The AVP of IOT business is flag bearer of nepotism, wants his person to be placed in every state, no clarity of work profile they just keep u for six months and will terminate u overnight without any logical reason just the dictatorship of Mr AVP.Their subsidiary company GTropy will hire ufrom different Trades, will put u in Mapmyindia Team and before u realize anything ur finished as they will only entertain their near and dear ones. To be precise bootlickers don't fall into trap, No claim settlement terribly poor salary structure if ur from some other trades please dont join this organization they have very poor work ethics they have no humanity and no pain, and value for other person's time and money...Read More

the best part of the organization is the environment where there is a lot of freedom and space to work. you get a lot of dynamic assignments and technologies to work on. there is a lot to learn if you are ready to take responsibility. The people in the organization are really supportive and the administrative policies are very much in order.
