I liked to work under some superior Persons which was really amazing to learn something new. Management was extremely good they were always appreciate our work and discipline. Company policies was also good

Dislikes

Only Night shift was a problem where I failed to manage for a long time.

Work life was good but work in night shift was difficult as you had to awake all the time every day

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
